After School Program

The program starts on Sept. 5, 2022. and the hours are Monday-Friday 3:30 PM-7:00 PM.

The program has a daily, Weekly, or Monthly option for your convenience.  The Staff has 20+ years of experience w/ tutoring, activity specialist, and behavior modification. Small program size for more one on one assistance and safe space for your child to learn and grow. Please Call (718)924-9105 for weekly & monthly pricing and for any special requests.

What is sensory play and what are some sensory games?

Sensory play includes any activity that stimulates your young child's senses: touch, smell, taste, movement, balance, sight, and hearing. Sensory activities facilitate exploration and naturally encourage children to use scientific processes while they play, create, investigate and explore.

The benefits of sensory play

It helps to build nerve connections in the brain.

It encourages the development of motor skills.

It supports language development.

It encourages 'scientific thinking and problem-solving.

It can involve mindful activities which are beneficial for all children.

Some examples of Sensory Games are painting, playdoh, sand, DIY toys, pillow-fort building, and red light green light.
